HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Most orders ship out of CANOE within 1 – 3 business days. Shipping times vary, but most packages arrive to domestic destinations within 3-5 days of being shipped. Shipping to the US may take between 6-10 days or longer. Please allow additional transit time for US orders.
CANOE cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather or service interruptions. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
CANOE ships via FedEX, UPS, Canada Post & USPS. We will send you an email within 1 – 3 days after purchase with the tracking number which you can use to view the status of your shipment.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER AT A STORE?
Absolutely! If you live near one of our retail locations, all you need to do is place your order as usual, and use the discount code “INSTORE”. Using this code will remove the shipping costs. We will process your order and hold it for you in the store until you're ready to pick it up.
Shipments are usually ready within 24 hrs. Let us know if you need it earlier.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?
If you’ve made a mistake, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, name and updated address. Please note, once the package has shipped we are unable to make any changes.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
If you live outside of Canada or the Continental United States, contact us to inquire about shipping rates to your country. Please note that there may be additional charges, tariffs or brokerage fees on top of your shipping costs depending on custom clearance in your country. WHAT DOES IT MEAN IF AN ITEM IS ON 'PRE-ORDER'?
On occasion there are some items that are available for pre-order while we eagerly await delivery. Products on pre-order are paid at the time of purchase and will ship to you as soon as we receive inventory.
