You may return purchases within 14 days of receipt of goods in their original condition, original packaging, unused, unworn, unaltered or washed, undamaged, with all original tags attached in re-sellable condition for store credit or exchange.
Returns must be authorized in advanced by contacting us at email@example.com. Any item returned without an authorization will not be processed. All shipping charges are non-refundable and shipping fees (including any duties or taxes) for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
Store credit will be given for the cost of the item, excluding shipping charges. Please allow five (5) business days for processing your return.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
For damaged or defective merchandise, you must notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within two (2) days of receiving the order. If we have the item in stock, we will ship you a replacement. If however the item is out of stock, we can 1) issue you a credit, or 2) you can apply for a refund to the original form of payment (minus shipping charges).
FINAL SALES ITEMS & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Final sales items cannot be returned or exchanged. Earrings, books, personal care products, intimate apparel, mystery boxes, perishable and food items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns.
GIFT CARD POLICY
Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. All returned items paid by gift card will be refunded as store credit to your Canoe account and can be used for future purchases. For item(s) paid by both gift card and credit card, you will be refunded on your credit card up to the amount of the initial card payment and the remaining amount refunded as Canoe store credit.
